(More customer reviews)I love this set of pots and pans! They are the perfect weight and size and are very well made. The set is made from 18/10 stainless steel with sandwiched aluminum bottoms for fast, even heating. The heavy-gauge knobs and handles are permanently welded for durability. The set came exactly as described. A lot of other sets come with an 8 quart dutch oven. That's too large for me. The 5.5 quart dutch oven is the perfect size for cooking and storing in the cabinet. The food does not stick to the inside of this cookware and the pots and pans clean easily. This set has the perfect size pans (1 qt, 2 qt and 3 qt) and stacks beautifully in my kitchen cabinet. I also love the see through lids so you can monitor the heat level while cooking. The handles and knobs do not overheat when cooking. The other brands come with non-stick frying pans. I was looking for a cookware set without non-stick pots or frying pans. I researched all the other brands - farberware, calphalon, cuisinart, etc and this is the best cookware set by far. This would be especially good for some-one just starting out as it has everything you need. I'm very happy with this set!

Calphalon Commercial Nonstick 10-Inch Stir Fry Review

(More customer reviews)I have this exact stir fry pan (same line, same model) that I've used for over a decade. I bought it at a Williams-Sonoma scratch and dent sale ages ago as it had a tiny nick in the handle. It has, however, served me exceptionally well, has a nice, rounded surface, and has been excellent for stir-frying.
A former roommate, however, put it in the dishwasher once, and it looks terrible on the outside, so I was tempted by the price here to purchase another one.
The new one is nothing like the one I had before. The one I had was made in Colorado, has a nice, rounded cooking surface inside, and is heavy and strong construction. The new one is thinner, has a flat-bottom cooking surface, and is made in China. It feels flimsier from the handle to the bowl. It cooks 'okay.' Had I started with this one, I likely wouldn't have bought another, as it's just not the sort of product that is liable to hold up with the kind of wear through which I put my pots and pans.
That said, it's not a terrible pan. It's a sight better than the cheapo pans one often starts out with. It's just not as good as I was expecting from my previous experience.

Emeril Hard Anodized Chicken Fryer Set Review

(More customer reviews)I have had this Hard-Anodized set for over 5 years and I love it - it hasn't warped and the nonstick surface has stayed without being scratched, unlike some of the other reviews (of course, you have to use non-metal spoons and spatulas with it, so it doesn't scratch the surface...).
Recently got married and received the chicken fryer to complete our set! I haven't used the actual fryer, but the 5 quart pan that accompanies it is great! I have used it to cook alot of things so far, and they all turn out wonderfully.
I love the Emerilware, and recommend the pans to anyone - a lifetime investment!!
