It seasons very easily and holds the seasoning very well. We were pleased to find this item online. It turns out wonderful oven cooked food items. As well, its design is very unique and interesting and it is very large. The price was good too. This pot is very heavy duty and I would recommend it to anyone seeking a high quality roasting pot/dutch oven.

This cast iron fish fryer and casserole pot measures 16. 5 inches long x 8. 75 inch wide x 3. 75 inches deep on the inside. A fun raised crawfish motif is displayed on the lid.
