(More customer reviews)I haven't actually seen this item. I got it for gift for daughter in another state. I sent it to another relative to wrap & give to her at Christmas. She has KitchenAid cookware & needed a large red fry pan. They are not easy to find. I would rather have been able to get one with a handle that was not metal, but Kitchenaid is a good product.

Size had to be just so and I needed a lid and not too expensive. The Hamilton Beach 94103 pan fit the bill. I love it!

(More customer reviews)Why did it take so long for the Ecolution's Colossus Pan to find me?! The Colossus pan has many functions, but I like it most for that two-in-one recipe. I am constantly annoyed when I have to use multiple pans for my recipes, thus making a mess in the kitchen complete with an overflowing sink and dishwasher. The Colossus pan is is deep enough to saute veggies for four people and then add protein pasta, rice or potatoes to complete all of my favorite recipes. In makes my normal life of multitasking life seem simple. One of my favorite new items for the kitchen!

(More customer reviews)This is by far the best pan I own. It is an amazing size, you can cook anything in it and not have to worry about spilling over. Also I was afraid that because it is so large and I have a rather small stove (because I live in an apt) that it would not cook evenly. But I was way wrong! Even on the undersized burners this pan cooks everything evenly. And clean up could not be any easier. I would recommend this pan to anyone looking for a quality piece at a wonderful price.
