(More customer reviews)Why did it take so long for the Ecolution's Colossus Pan to find me?! The Colossus pan has many functions, but I like it most for that two-in-one recipe. I am constantly annoyed when I have to use multiple pans for my recipes, thus making a mess in the kitchen complete with an overflowing sink and dishwasher. The Colossus pan is is deep enough to saute veggies for four people and then add protein pasta, rice or potatoes to complete all of my favorite recipes. In makes my normal life of multitasking life seem simple. One of my favorite new items for the kitchen!
