(More customer reviews)I used this for the first time today for frying okra. It was easy to use and the okra came out perfect. Somebody had said that their breaded veggies stuck to the basket. Mine didn't stick at all. I just put the basket down in the grease while it was pre-heating, then raised it long enough to fill it. It was easy to clean and when I strained the grease and put it back in the fryer, I got almost the same amount that I originally filled it with. No splattered grease on the counter, no greasy fried food. I'm sold!
