(More customer reviews)I just love this little machine, but with all things there is room for improvement.
First things first. The ease of cleaning is amazing for a fryer. Just drain the oil with the spiffy little drain tube, wipe out the insides, throw the basket in the dishwasher and your home free. It's compact and takes up less room then most conventional fryers, I'm a real fan of its internal design which keeps my lovely self from being burned during the cooking process, and if you squint your eyes, glance at it sideways, imagine it with some Scfi accessories it looks vaguely like R2D2. It is great for a 2 person household and cooks food well.
Now for the suggestions. The food capacity needs to be increased to cut down on the time it takes to complete your frying projects. The frying temps need to be increased (all true cooks know that for the best fryed chicken and fish you need temps that reach a little beyond 370). That's all I can think of for the moment.
