(More customer reviews)The clip that should hold the stem of thermometer firm doesn't work. When you adjust it for the depth of the pan, then clip it to the rim of the pan, it slides down until it hits the bottom.
The part of the clip that should hold it, is way too loose. Not a good buy. Will be sending it back.
