(More customer reviews)I've had 3 of the plastic ones, took each one back within 2 weeks because the cylinder cracked. Finally spent about 10 bucks more and went for the "Chef Williams Signature Series" injector. Stainless steel and it hold 2 ounces of marinade. This is one of the slickest barbecue toys I own, gets the flavor deep into whatever I cook and looks like it will outlast me.
