This pan has all of the space you need for cooking everything from Chicken to several ingredient pasta dishes; the pan is large enough to mix everything together right there. It evenly distributes the heat so everything within the pan is equally cooked. I love watching the food cook thru the glass lid. It's an extremely sturdy pan and American made!
