(More customer reviews)Piece of junk. have had 5-6 fryers over the last 40+ years of cooking. Untill now never had one without a hinged lid or hinged handle to raise and lower the basket. Very dificult to store because of the handle, after the third use I found the perfect storage place "the dumpster". will order a name brand soon.
